Scrap that. Registered son but I just can't bloody work out how to link him so I can buy two tickets. I'm done. Not intuitive for me, I'm not great with IT at the best of times.

You have to set it up as a family and friend, might have to do it on both accounts.

Yes, you have to log in to both accounts and link them for the request to go through.
Think they added this step last season, as you used to be able to just link them from one account, now both accounts have to confirm.
Guess the extra security check makes sense, but the website doesn’t make it clear that you have to do that

This won't help but it's not just you, the ticket website is specially designed to not make any sense. Also if you can work out how, change your password because the default is(/was) your postcode, which is...not a password.

I've done all that's required, and their website simply isn't working. Won't let me buy two different priced tickets although my son is now registered as a friend/family member. Wife tried too, to no avail. Have to call tomorrow and hope for tickets still in the family end.

Even if no tickets in the family enclosure, you’ll be fine in the Chapel.

My password for everything is "amnesia" and I have written it down just in case I forget it!
