Says the main thing is not getting players before the summer, but clearing out players that don't fit in the team. Also says he has rules they have to live with.....dressing room must be tidy and he takes a picture to show them if it isn't. Fines the players...not with money...but by making them do things that take up their time, such as designing training sessions for the youth team. Can we like this guy more?
