If dodgy owners are the yardstick for attending games or not, then there’s only the Pearson era of the last 30 years, that we would have had a crowd. We’ve had some crackers:
Fish, Robinson, Lloyd, Duffen among others.
Lloyd in particular did more damage to the club and treated the fans with contempt.

The club is like Brexit at the moment, totally divided and only the Allams leaving will move us forward, people have the right to attend or not, but I’m proud to be an inclusive part of a special time we are currently experiencing and wouldn’t miss it for the world, Allams or no Allams.

It’s not, the Allams at least have an effective opposition that have actually managed to prevent some of the damage.

May I hazard a guess? (I'm gonna anyway)

Methinks this fishy chappie is one of the '' it's his club and he can do what he wants it'' ....... it's been a long time since one of these inadequates has stuck their head above the parapet.

Type of comment an indignant flasker might make

"Could mean a points deduction or fine" paranoia

Maybe one of those who thinks passion is admirable at other clubs but doesn't want any of that sort of thing at City.

Probably closer to the mark - you'd think with the protests we've seen over the years that our history would littered with fines and deducted points?

Think we once had a ground closure in the 20s/30s when cushions from Best Stand were thrown at incompetent ref as left the pitch.

Prawn sandwich brigade letting us down at usual.

Fines/ ground closures are exceptionally rare in British football. Some of our fans think they are commonplace.

Grozzer got his 3 kids on at the end of a game yesterday to celebrate.

Some middle ranking steward asked him to take them back off the pitch, which he complied with.

Small black cloud on what was a stellar day for our great club.

Happened a couple of times to FC in the 1930s, didn't it? No doubt not reported in the HDM who will have instead featured a special report on a football fan fined for dropping a sweet wrapper.

Didn’t see that, but that’s jobsworth-ism at his finest. I’ve seen Henriksen and others bring their kids on this season, I can’t see why anyone would have a problem with it.

On a tangential note, De Wijs gave his shirt to a young lass in East Stand and posed for photos etc with her. Nice to see.

That was Reece Burke - in E6 anyway. Unless De Wijs also did it elsewhere.

Ok reason not to go...

Over the years I have heard the following

It's to expensive
The atmosphere is rubbish
The football is boring
The owners are ****s ( agreed and FACT )
can't get there
It's to Cold
We aren't in the prem anymore
We are rubbish
I'm skint ( but still has money to smoke drink and get take aways )
Can't pay on the day ( over a week before the game so could buy a ticket )
Do like the membership system or the card

Plus others I've probs forgot. You can call them reasons or excuses but some ( not all ) but some will find any reason and or excuse not to go rather then to actually get of their arse and go
Number 4 good enough for me !

Grozzer ran over after the first goal and did that heart shape with his hands, to a female in a fur coat with 3 kids.

At the end, he went over and beckoned them all down. She shyly brought them all down and the kids clambered over the fence.

Thought they might have been rugby tackled by the stewards but they were too slow off the mark, and they were all marched off.

Did think " Is this some kind of farewell from the mercurial Pole?"

Quote from Chris Long Cheif exec of Hull hospitals, “This will be another significant donation from Dr Allam and his family to the Trust, building on earlier support that has helped to transform the lives of our patients and their families through investment in modern, highly technical equipment, buildings and research. We are extremely grateful to Dr Allam for his continued support and we will work closely with him to ensure his vision for improvements to clinical research and patient facilities in our region are achieved.”

Let’s hope you don’t need to use this lifesaving equipment, otherwise your principles may create a problem
You are very mixed up mate. We are talking football here.

Facists out in force again

You won't shake my hand, you won't ever admit to being wrong.

You don't have to though.

We already know <doh>

I happily would if I'm wrong but you haven't proved me wrong, you've just got a different opinion to me, that doesn't .Ake me right or you. It's just we both see things different and saying "we know" doesn't make me wrong either, it just means someone else has the same opinion as you
