Yup... don't mind Halloween night (our day of doing that and bonfires) but I'm not having my dog terrified by the cockbags for the next 2 week's.

They are illegal without a licence over here anyway.

Totally agree mate. My dog ****ing hates them. He rips both his dew claws out most years because of fireworks. As you said, it's tradition so you don't mind one night but is more like a month nowadays, it's a joke.

Still dealing with this goddamn cold but think it's finally on its way now. Got my sense of taste and smell back this morning just about after 4 days, thought they were both permanently gone !!

Had some fireworks around here last night and the night before, just one or two. Too early for it. Really they should probably limit selling them to the week running up to Nov 5th in the UK. Obviously it's different in Ireland and NI.

what would be the point in that lol, people already store them for new years etc, so by shortening the time frame to buy you are just hurting the retailers and people will just buy them the year before and store them.
