What would any potential buyer have to buy? How much are we worth? If anyone was genuinely interested, how much would the Allams expect? It really isn't going to happen.

It's difficult to say. If we've almost paid off most of our debt to the Allams using player sales and last seasons parachute payment, Im assuming a little over £35m? Thats what the club will receive in parachute payments over this season.

If I remember correctly Ehab's last interview with Burnsy he talked about wanting to make a profit when selling the club but also stated they could walk away if they break even. They had an "exit strategy" for every situation...

Its a good point actually, how much are we worth? You’re getting a £10m playing squad tops and the parachute money - is that it? So next season we’ll be worth about £5m if someone waits.

That might be when Adam comes in.

Championship clubs have an average income of about £25m, with the potential of hundreds of millions if they get promoted, no clubs value is going to drop to £5m.

And therein lies the problem. .......

I doubt Boy blunder and his old man have had anything close to their investment never mind a profit. They will still he wanting a hefty fee (I would guess around 50 mil) for the club.
But.who will pay that? We have no real playing assets, need investment in a squad and don' own the ground.

Last year I said our relegation was a great opportunity for growth. Get rid of the deadwood and invest in some quality youngsters to push in and around play offs and increase the club worth. Obviously our esteemed owners been great business men knew better. ......

I’d be very interested to see our income next season minus the parachute payments. Even more fans who previously heavily subsided the Allam regime seem to have finally woken up and won’t be paying them.
