It's funny as earlier I was thinking we should sign the same player and now it may happen. It would be better business signing Baldock for £2m than Maynard or Rodriguez for £6m. Would be very happy if this came true, at St Mary's last year he was very lively and quick, and he's a good finisher. Karl Robinson also said that he thinks Baldock could play in the Premier League, but I'm not going to get too excited until its on the OS as West Ham may come back with another bid.
The final decision still comes down to the player. Depends if he prefers West Ham, Saints or ANother.

Oh yeah just seen her Twitter. As much as I'd love us to sign Maynard or Jayrod, I don't agree with us paying £6m or £7m for them so I'd be very happy with Baldock signing for £2m. Let's hope he chooses Saints
