It's funny as earlier I was thinking we should sign the same player and now it may happen. It would be better business signing Baldock for £2m than Maynard or Rodriguez for £6m. Would be very happy if this came true, at St Mary's last year he was very lively and quick, and he's a good finisher. Karl Robinson also said that he thinks Baldock could play in the Premier League, but I'm not going to get too excited until its on the OS as West Ham may come back with another bid.

Sky Reporter Bianca Westwood saying Baldock to sign for West Ham after an 11th hour swoop from under Southampton's noses.
No her Personal Twitter, although I think she is a Hammers fan, could be true, tweeted 2 almost 3 hours ago. Since then reports say he's joined us.
