Tonight on BT Sport 1, there's an hour long documentary about Ossie Ardiles and him coming to England and then his dilemma at the time of the Falklands War. It's called 'White, Blue and White'. It kicks off at 6.30 pm.

Really smart scheduling, as a load of Spurs fans will be on their way to a game! <laugh>

Equally a load of Spurs supporters will be sat in front of their TV ready to watch our game. As long as they have both Sky and BT they'll want to skip Jamie Redknapp's pre-match "thoughts"

Or if you cannot escape him, you have the
excitement of Our Jamies' Spurs auction Bingo.

See whether you can match the players our Jamie
will be selling off come the FT whistle. Fill in a
different card for a Spurs WLD result for triple the fun.

Make it a drinking game and you're on!

A black day for this country and for Brian, in particular. .

Aspall's cider has been sold to the American firm, Moulson Coors. FFS. the Americans know about cider making what I know about vegan cookery. No doubt they'll be adding extra sugar and blueberries to take away that sour apple taste?

This follows the Irish [Magners] buying Addlestones last year and ceasing production. Why doesn't someone buy Strongbow and stop producing that muck?

<wah>

Arsenal fans complaining they've got no money to buy new players.I don't figure. They've got in the CL (somehow) seemingly for ever....where's the money gone I wonder?

In the bank Smithy, £240M sitting there doing sweet fanny adams. More than any other club in the world according to a recent survey. The problem is, when they started accruing it, you could buy a top player for about 30-35 million. Now the same quality of player will cost 150 million. They've kind of missed the boat.

Before every FA Cup 4th round draw I am reminded of the same thing. That the draw is being made before the last 3rd round tie(s) has even started, not before they completed, but before they are even started. I get it if the replays haven't happened, or maybe a game didn't get played due to bad weather or similar, but that's not the case with this evening's game. It's just plain wrong. No team should know their next opponents before they've even kicked off, except under the circumstances I've mentioned. I guess those sorts of principles are not important any more.

Sombre .moment in Disciple household when this news was related over the dinner table yesterday. I believe however that they have signed an agreement not to interfere in basic recipes much as Unilever did with Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream. We'll see though.

They won't know. They keep it secret from those players involved.

There's no sense of national pride in the ownership of great domestic produce. Aspall's has produced English cider for just under 200 years......in England. It is is perfection and anyone who hasn't tasted any should do themselves a favour and do so today.

Anyone who thinks Magners is cider wants shooting. Magners is undrinkable muck and worse than Strongbow, both of which make money hand over fist. What is wrong with people? The difference in price is not that great but the 2 things are incomparable in terms of flavour and purity.

Rant ends.

And Cadbury's getting sold off to people who can't make proper chocolate (I believe using a loan granted by one of the banks the public bailed out).
