I listened to someone today who said the term 'deadlock' used by Barnier was not as bad as it sounds and the only people jumping on it would be the 'remoaners'. I also listened to some German bloke over the weekend who said it was essential for Britain to get a good deal otherwise it would be detrimental to Germany and other EU countries.
