In a belated reply to your question - yes - I do think it is a reasonable expectation.

BTW, Arsenal's "squad depth" isn't looking to clever at the moment, whereas ours isn't too shabby.

Yep you finished above us.

Chelsea won the league, Arsenal won the FA Cup and Spurs won the...."higher league position than Arsenal once in 20 years" cup.

@PISKIE I'd like to claim a belated WFU as this ill advised wum thread didn't include Chelsea and we all know he's walked into another one. :emoticon-0136-giggl

HIAG bottles the question and waits 9 months to see who will finish higher out of Arsenal and Spurs, then comes back with his answer and forgets that Chelsea won the league last season.

3 points awarded to Ginge
1 FUM point awarded to @Hoddle Is A God

I had completely forgotten that one of your fellow Gooners had made his ill-advised comment, and was merely helping him out with the answer.

If we do not learn from our ****-ups, we will never progress, Pix. You, above everyone, will know that's true.

When he asked the question, you didn't have the bollocks to answer but instead waited 9 months until you knew the outcome.

When you wrote this thread Spurs were the highest place London team, but finished below Arsenal. The following season Spurs finished below Chelsea, so Spurs haven't been the Daddies of London at all mate.

Clearly you haven't progressed from this **** up as you allude to above. <ok>

When has he ever written a thread that wasn't a car crash? I suppose that's why he holds the title of forum clown and uber bell-end. <ok>

Fully expecting HIAG's next comment to be either the net or barrel of defeat.

I fully expect one or more London clubs to finish above Spurs this season too, and this thread bump will come back to bite him in the arse again.

Boys! You are intellectualising my concept way too much!

It isn't a "Spurs thing!" It's a London thing. We should all glorify in it.

At the moment, Spurs are on top of the DOLL, but I am under no illusions that we will be playing seesaw with Chavs all season. Who knows, even Arsenal may get in on the action before New Year (after which they will suffer their usual and inevitable collapse).

Any of you want to predict the final order of this season's DOLL?

Not really bothered, to tell you the truth, Quents <laugh>
