You've obviously not been on Twitter tonight, City are being torn a new one. Whatever support their might have been for a compromise option, it died a miserable death quite some time ago and you've read this completely wrong. In fact, I dare you to propose Hull City Tigers on the OSC account and see what happens.
We're called Hull City, absolutely everyone (other than two dipshits) wants us to be referred to as Hull City, nobody is demanding we're referred to as Hull City AFC all the time.
Is it **** and you know it. Sold your soul to the devil. Are you still the Communications man for the OSC?
You said it was an improvement and according to your reply there was perhaps support for Hull City Tigers. I am saying that the use of City is a step forward in the way games had been advertised. Better than Tigers vs Burton Albion. Why would I propose anything like a change to the name on the OSC account? It's not something we would do. We use Hull City, City or The Tigers and have no need or desire to change. I find it odd that you have the urge to bring the OSC into this anyway.
I'm pleased to see Hull City used, now we just need the Tigers nonsense to stop being used with it. I challenged you to ask if people if they happy to accept Hull City Tigers as a compromise on the OSC account, as I don't think you actually believe the bollocks you've posted on here and, in reality, you know full well that if you posed that question, you'd get crucified.
I was commenting on you saying it was a step in the right direction, I don't think it is I'm sure some would accept it as a compromise, some would have accepted the name change in the first place. However I still think it is a step backwards (and flaunting a FA ruling...as usual)
I would be crucified for posting the question as it is not something that we get involved with. You know that though. What about HCST will you get back involved and lead the protest?
**** all's changed, just more of the same **** we've had for the past few years, why would I change my opinion on anything now?
Just about everyone involved who understands that the OSC does not get involved in the politics anymore.
Come and see for yourself what we do, who is running the OSC. Find out what we aim to do and what we are doing now. If you think nothing has changed, well I am sorry but you are wrong.
Eh? You asked me if I was going to start leading protests for the Trust, I'm not involved and **** all has changed to get me involved, I've no idea why you think that comment had anything at all to do with the OSC.
To me its exactly the same. The club's name is Hull City. The club's failure to use it properly is childish. An adult would have bit the bullet after the second FA application was rejected and reinstated the club's name.
I have never had any conversation with anyone involved with the club that has required me to promote the use of Hull City Tigers or Hull Tigers. I do not have direct contact with the club or attend meetings with the club. In the last two years I have only been to the clubs office once. No one on the current board of the OSC has ever to my knowledge discussed the use of the name of the club. We use Hull City and The Tigers in our everyday output. Sometimes of it is needed we use Hull City AFC and no one at the club asks us to change anything.
