I have no idea what they're supposed to be, but I assume they're deliberately rusty, like the lights in West Park and the similar trawler-men memorial sculpture at St Andrews Quay.

Talking about alcos I drove past vauxhall tavern at 6 30pm
They got inflatable hot tubs out the front on the pavement.
A fair few people in them drinking Cans of fosters.
It looked really strange
