So he thinks that HAIG is a liar and a bullshitter and not someone who posts things online because he gets a reaction from stupid people who don't understand that all he wants is people to lose their mind about the nonsense he's posting so that he can chuckle away at the ranting?
That explains a fair bit.
^^This we all bullshit a tad but defending it after the fact is plain stupid. I lied when I said I was going to Mars but it was actually Venus.Fair play HIAG ramps up the bullshit when he's been exposed, but that's just him pretending it's what he intended all along. He doesn't start out posting 'I ran a marathon' as a wind up to get a reaction. (Why would anyone think that is controversial ?) because he initially gets very angry when somebody calls him out. It's only when he's backed himself into a corner and he knows he's been done, that he'll come with the claim 'Oh look, I've got them on the end of my hook - I only did it as a wind up'
So why haven't you done one

Nope the app seems quite happy on stage 1.
It might have froze tbh, but I'm sticking to the sound advice it's giving me.

I'm actually sat in a pub garden right now. Perhaps the double rum chaser has distorted my thinking.
Maybe this isn't my finest hour.
No, it's definitely one of your better ideas.Don't let doubt set in now.
Try and do the full 26+ miles with a lit spliff continually on the go, perhaps taking a swig of rum every 100 strides or so. Don't think anyone's done that yet.

I'm not commenting on thisI'm gonna go one better than @remembercolinlee and complete a marathon using only my lips to drag myself along.

I'm probably more likely to complete it like that tbh.
One of my major concerns is having to do it straight.I
Wow fair play mate!
I'm still at the 'should I buy some specialist running footwear' stage. But I'm guessing that's a good place to start?
Would you recommend any diet's to follow? I will not stop drinking or smoking weed, so I'm looking at alternatives. Possibly juicing?
Just downloaded an app called 'from couch to 5k'. I'm on stage 1 which is the couch.
That's an inspiring story, you should release a video like Mad Lizzie of Mr Motivator it could sell millions of copies. We just need a name and a promotional strapline?
Yeah, probably don't do that. Not for your first one.

Yet you didn't lose any weight for six weeks. My diet was very simple. I could each as much fruit and veg as I liked, along with fish and chicken. Nuts and brown rice, too.
Out went the following:-
sweets
cakes
sugar
potatoes
red meat
diary
diary products
flour products (such as bread and pastries)
anything fried
alcohol
It's a very easy diet to follow, because you can eat when you want and as much as you want, provided you don't each anything on the excluded list.
If you don't cut out alcohol, you will struggle over 6 weeks.
After 6 weeks, I went back to how I used to be, albeit that I lost my appetite for most of the crap that I used to eat.

Or the 2nd.
3rd should be a ****ing doddle tbh. You'll be ready for the daddy of them all the IOW one by then![]()

Marvellous idea Tiny T 'How I bullshitted my way to lose 4 stone in six months despite giving up cigarettes and became a Rock God, Lawyer, Cambridge Graduate, Marathon Runner, Professional Photographer, Iron man and a Helicopter Pilot. Sure to be a best seller'.Great idea!
How about...
Fitness My Way, by Big T.

Yet you didn't lose any weight for six weeks.![]()
I didn't experience any significant loss over that time - about half a stone.
After 6 weeks, I had regained a lot of fitness. Not only was I running harder and faster, but I was going out for about twice as long, plus one extra day.
After 6 weeks, I began to shed weight, and continued doing so for the next couple of months, after which it slowed again, but by then I had lost around 4 stone.
