    Definitely but proper running shoes are essential, my first half marathon in Uxbridge killed me due to wearing the wrong footwear. Diet wise just eat healthier but take in plenty of carbs the night before.

    For me , I don't know my limits and go past them dangerously in every physical thing I do . I ran one ten miler and I will never run again . Came very close to hurting myself and , although I did extremely well amongst regular runners , I will never return to a race
