But it was OK to have 18 threads criticising Marshall when he was our number 1?

Well Marshall was proper **** and we were in a massive form slump but nothing was being changed.

Another ridiculous comment from you. An in-form GK had been dropped for no obvious reason, it triggered (or, at the very least, was coincidental) with a significant drop in team form. Marshall's personal performances were far from convincing and his key objective, keeping goals out - or, again, at the very least, minimising their number - was being failed; game after game. Are you serioysly tell us that we currently have a similar situation? You really do post some proper ****e.

Sometimes in a game that is all you can hope for, his reaction prevented a clear goal scoring opportunity and the defence did the rest. It's a collective job and they didn't concede. For me the simple goal keeping question of who should or shouldn't be starting isn't even up for questioning. Jakupovic is head and shoulders our best keeper. Whatever way you want to look at it - the stats simply don't lie. Had we continued with Marshall in goal and continued with his 3 goals conceded on average per game - we probably wouldn't have a cat in hell's chance of escaping the bottom 3. So far, we still have a chance.

So just to be clear, it's a disgrace that Chazz and Askew posted negative threads about our current number 1 keeper, but when it was constant threads about our number 1 keeper at the time that was OK because Fez and Syd agreed with them?

No the negative threads about Marshall were because he played **** for us. He was good for Cardiff though, I'll give him that.

I wouldnt even say mine was a negative thread. I like Jak, i never once said he should be dropped in my thread (why am i on this **** thread) All i said was he had a poor game and i dont like his clowning around. He made a massive play of twatting about at a Goal kick, and made it seem he was in control, when he clearly wasnt as his kick was ****ing ****.

He did that first half too when Routledge had a shot and he made the save.
All well and good but the pro game is about eliminating errors, especially unforced ones. His kicking was **** yesterday and it was **** against Burnley. Too much time clowning around and less time actually focusing and concentrating imho.

I have thought the same thing at time but can't say i noticed it yesterday. I did like that he didn't shy away when he made a mistake at Leicester though. He was just as up front about taking his share of the blame as he usually is about celebrating his successes.

Yet again you avoid discussing the context and focus on your ****ing cheap point scoring nonsense. Why do we need two threads criticising a player? You're a ****ing Moderator so why not merge them as is the usual standard? Endless comments about howlers that really weren't howlers, hesitations that weren't and no credit for continuing to keep a positive outlook. At this level we have three average keepers, one on loan playing average fotball, one in goal for us playing average football and one on the bench whose form dipped to below average, hence he is on the bench - the decision of two managers who seem to disagree with the sentiments of this both threads.

Like I said, you really do post some nonsense.

I think you exaggerated your comments, but you are entitled to your comment.

My criticism is that it didn't need another thread - this thread, or the Match thread were both available. I think you fully realised you were opening the gates for a whingefest.

If you don't like a thread, don't post on it.

Don't have a go at a moderator for not merging two Jakupovic threads, when you didn't have a go at them for not merging ten Marshall threads.

Stupid post. Jak is the heart of the team. I used to worry about his howlers but not only has he improved in the other departments but I'm willing to take heart and passion over a couple howlers at this point. We need a strong mentality in the last few weeks.

And frankly, our other keepers have not exactly been faultless, otherwise Jak would not have the top spot.

You do know how these things work, don't you?

Stupid remark - it's about responding to comments.

    You're telling me don't? <laugh> Of all people <laugh><laugh>

Dutch had to pùt your arse in a sling. It was about keeping things sensible, you're the one constantly on about tidying up and not wasting time with needless threads and posts. PLT is a Mod - and a poster; nothing against him personally, just his jaundiced way of looking at how we should see what he doesn't.

Anyway, why do you pick arguments?

I hate moderators being told what they should or shouldn't post, just because they're moderators, well ****ing shabby.

I agree. It's almost as distasteful as a poster, with a moderator standing, mixing it in the middle. And
    Do you feel hurt?

I look to PLT for something sensible on football; it rarely comes. He has set himself up as a Trust man; I try and keep away from that, as I think he is a poor representative.

But as a moderator, going back to my point - why not tidy it up, rather than argue the toss? We have been told, time and again, that's the way it is best done and, therefore, has been done. We accept that; often to keep the peace.

That has **** all to do with what he is entitled to post and you are pathetic in making it seem it does.

Cheap shot. You redefine ****ing shabby.
