that's because there aren't any positives - his contract is finally up in a few months, thank God - no-one has ever come in for him - except for his dad, I don't expect anyone will - we've had Macca, and Curtis sat on the naughty step so he can play - we had Maguire farmed out on loan so he could play, we had Faye leaving and having a pop at nepotism and our first casualty was Hobbs who was one of our best central defenders at the time who Brucie convinced to leave so he could play Junior - maybe I go over the top about it but personally I think it's a disgrace

I pointed out he didn't always start and the game he didn't start in (he got sbout 8mins) was a very good performance from us and we coped without him. If we could I would keep him, but I've seen enough managers sacrifice one good asset to succesfully build a better all round team, and I know you have in the years you've followed football. What about when we sold Windass?

I believe his contract is up this June - if I'm wrong and there's a further 12 months then that would be extraordinary that someone of Junior's ability was given such a long term contract when we were still in the Premier League - maybe it was agreed at the same time as Brucie agreed his 3 year contract in the March, maybe he agreed to sign if Junior was given a matching contract as well- who knows
