ON 23rd of June which way are you going to vote?.

  • IN

    Votes: 28 43.8%
  • OUT

    Votes: 34 53.1%
  • DON'T KNOW

    Votes: 4 6.3%

  • Total voters
    64
  • Poll closed .
Way to miss the point <doh>

I'll put it in a simpler context for you; there is no need for insults!

There is for me when a majority in the country decides that we don't need an organisation whose inception was to stop the rise of totalitarianism, fascism and extreme nationalism yet ironically is on the brink of being consumed by nationalism itself. Look up the 1948 Hague Conference for context

Are you dense? She's gone from being really keen about the company to being nervous about joining a start-up in the space of 24 hours, BECAUSE of Brexit.

Did she say that?

Not possibly because she found another job? We have people decline and always give random reasons for it, or just don't bother telling you why.

No need to worry about foreigners taking them all then, I suppose.

Well... But truth is, there will always be a job for someone that wants one. Yea it might not be your dream job, you might think it's beneath you and that's why many don't take cleaning jobs etc and why most are given to people coming here from abroad who appreciate that it is better than nothing.

anyone with a mortgage might be happy... i think the first thing the bank of england will do is cut interest rates

all the old ****ers who voted leave will be unhappy as thier savings will have zero interest

The UE can only print more money as a way to get out of this.. thats about it..

That still doesn't say if it includes migrant workers - who usually bugger off again after a bit.
I might look into it out of interest, but I haven't time now.
I still don't think that our exit will have as much an effect on that as is being touted. Part of the problem is people living longer.
We should get rid of all old peo....
....Oh, hang on.
no it won't include migrant workers

oh i'm sure that immigration will still be high after exit unless our economy has completely tanked after all non EU immigration last year was higher than total immigration some years ago but people ,particularly , in certain areas are desperate to stem the rise in their area this does not make them racist per se.

Should point out obviously racists voted Leave but to assume that everyone who voted leave based mainly on immigration is racist is just wrong

The pounds already increasing after the initial "crash". Only time will tell us what it really means.

France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Holland, etc all calling for referendums since Brexit too.
The pound has lostt 10% today ffs. It's at its lowest level since the 80's already! It only steadied due to Carney announcing that the BoE will back the banks to the tune of £250 BN. Day 1 has cost us £250BN.. ****ing laughable

What others may or may not do in the future has **** all to do with the truck load of **** that's coming our way

I've made it clear many times that I don't think everyone who is worried about immigration is a racist. But sadly they've found themselves aligned with many who are, and those who are will only be encouraged by what they will doubtless interpret as like-mindedness.

Didnt say it was. But those saying 'XYZ will happen now we're out' are only guessing. No one truely knows if leaving is really going to have a huge negative or positive impact
bullshit

What's already hapenning was predicted by virtually every economic expert pre the vote. What will follow is basic economics it's not a ****ing black art

Right - I'm off.
All I'll end with is that we can pick at the details as much as we like, but in the big picture this, imo, is a huge step backwards and I'm truly disappointed.
