The ball boy is a twat and so is Hazard too. Draw a line now and move on. No need for any further action.

My only regret is that the twat didn't do it against a real scummy club like QPR instead. I don't know if I've said this before but I really don't like QPR (except Swords, he's ok)

Shame there's some bad feeling developing here because of this spoilt p***k of a ball boy. He was in the wrong and has tarnished the good name of our club. Morgan should be told that his brat of a son shouldn't be allowed in the Liberty for the rest of the season.

Hazard was also in the wrong and should have let the referee do his job. But I do have sympathy for him. As far as I'm concerned he should only have the minimum ban. There is no way that he actually meant to kick the brat even if he did make some contact.

It makes me sick. We are all proud of the reputation our club has earned in recent years, now this git of a ball boy is dragging it through the mud. If I was his father I'd kick his arse so hard his eyes would be stinging for days. The sad thing is, this little twerp probably thinks he's some kind of a celebrity now.

Ivor I agree it would be politic not for him to show his face at the Liberty for a while and definately not in the Directors Box at Wembley .

That's available to the Premier League as well. As far as I'm aware each club has the choice to run a "multi-ball" system or not, and to be honest I'm quite surprised we don't as we tend to go for quick throws & freekicks, so it would suit our style anyway. The issue with this system is it can get a bit chaotic sometimes with too many balls being thrown onto the field at once, so the ball-boys (and girls) actually need to be trained...not to mention the cost of all the extra balls

Norway a few years ago Everton were using multiball. They went 1 nil ip and the physio walked round and took the ball off evry ball boy, so that the game was slowed down. Perfectly legitimate. Time wasting i suppose. but it probably wasnt Chelsea they were playing so no moaning.

Labelling professional adults footballers pricks etc etc is regarded in a lot of quarters as part of the game.

Labelling a local schoolboy in such a manner is unacceptable. We all hide behind anonymity - he does not have that. No matter how misguided he was, he doesn't deserve personal abuse - especially by our own posters

I reckon it should be dropped now by the FA. Both parties apologised and no further action was taken. I hope Hazard doesn't get any ban. He made a mistake and got sent off which was punishment enough for him and the team. As has been said sooo many times before; chelsea just weren't going to score in that game. One of those days.

I've met Bucks and Logic from your board and they're two top lads. Gonna have a few pints with them up at the Bridge too in April. Straight away after the game last night I had a text from Bucks wishing us well for the final, given how disappointed he must have been that showed some class.
