It's all about if he can get his head on and focus on football, I'd suggest the fact he's came here to a club like us is to get back into a proper league and lets be honest, he probably hopes he does well and goes to a bigger club, so be it.
We take the option have him a year or 2 and either progress or sell at a huge profit, no brainer.
