To be honest I feel sorry for Xisco a little bit, I mean obviously he's got a decent wage and stuff but I'm sure he'd rather be playing regular football for a club than sitting around in a foreign city. Well, I know I would, but he could just be greedy and lazy..

The move to Newcastle has basically ruined what could have been a decent career in an average La Liga side.

He's had a couple of moments for us.

Literally, a couple. His pass to Carroll against Villa and the goal against Hull in the 1 - 2 defeat after Keegan left.

Imo, they should re-arrange the contract with his old club. Remove the clause which requires a fee after a certain number of apps (so he can play again), but add on a sizeable sell-on fee for the club if he turns out good and we eventually sell him on. It's the only way anyone is going to get anything out of the situation, otherwise it's just a deadlock until his contract expires.
