No chance Ukraine could defeat Russia. Russia hasn't even got started yet.
We all want to hope and pray they can defeat Russia or we are heading into world war 3 whether we like it or not . They won’t stop and whichever way they go next NATO will have to act. This is the starter and we have to hope the prawns are so rancid Putin won’t have the stomach to move onto the main course.

Ukraine won't defeat Russia. I don't believe that Russia will advance towards any NATO countries.

I'm hoping these talks on the border can lead to agreement where Russia can have the Eastern areas that's under separatists control and everybody goes back home.

i can't help but look at that Dneiper river running smack bang down the middle of the country, and wondering if thats how the 'split' will end up. Seems all of Putins important bits are on one side of it.

Hope you are right but it’s looking like a some of these former soviet states are now running for Europe membership. That won’t go down well with Putin who may just decide to bring them back under his control by using persuasion tactics like in Ukraine.

Russian sub?

The ship was hit by something, or hit mine – there’s no clarity here. 2 crew on life raft are missing, VISTA can’t get any information with regards to their fate, condition.

Can't defeat them, but can potentially make it so difficult for them (and expensive) that someone in the Kremlin gets fed up of Putin, and he suddenly falls ill.

Big dependency on Ukraine not running out of ammunition, and being able to resupply it's military.
