some excellent non-alcoholic drinks around nowadays. I do one month on, one month off for about a year now and I've lost three stone since january. If you like IPA's, try Brewdog's Nanny State. And Holland and Barrets Rochester ginger drink has got a nice warm glow too. Steer clear of the non-alcoholic spirits though - utter ****e.

Not sure Comm drinks for the taste mate. I think he’s more of a volume type of guy.

Sulky's just upset cos everyone likes Comm more than him.

I ****ing don't! Twat's been on here a few times with ignorant, pissed-up rants about Scousers being child-murderers and so forth, but this is a good cause, and as a net recipient of MacMillan's over the last few years I'd like to thank him for paying my Giro AND for my care and assistance. Albeit unintentionally. <hug>

I havn't done a thing yet...Been many a year since i was so determined to do something.

And the fact that so many have donated, means this won't fail.

I spoke to my best mate at work and told him about this, and he just said 'ffsi'll just keep out off your way for a weeks'<laugh>

We should maybe create a thread on the Sunderland board for him, given he’s been banned again, and his old mates on there might not view this board.
