Gavin is my best mate at work, the Jock who gave me that knife set. Was funny at 6 oclock, sat in the smoking shelter, just me, him and our shift manager.. He must have read some off the comments, and popped up, someone called you a commie.. No mate.. Yes, they called you a commie... i then had to try and explain, shift manager sat there giggling her tits off.
This has all got pretty serious with the amount of money in the pot. You will need to think ahead, what other cravings you can have to take your mind off the booze. Sweets, Chocolate, Coca Cola, Orange Juice, fook knows, but anything that can replace that craving. I've turned to sweets and chocolate - that works for no ***s. Not sure about booze, but I drink a lot of water generally, so that helps, take away any thirst thoughts. Whatever works for you really mate.
My mind is set mate. Any other craving will be offset by work....If it's chocolate or whatever, maybe it's not such as bad thing.. I have room to put on a stone or stone. Joes message made me laugh, it sounded like one of your lectures. Always with the best intentions.
Joe's a top lad, but you and everyone else knows that Yeah I use sweets and chocolate, I stick them all in the fridge, to stop the *** cravings, and my weight is ok, so not a problem. I have everything from tea, coca cola, fresh orange juice to really chilled water. Not saying Coke is good for you, but it can serve a purpose, especially if served cold. Plus you do a lot of hard craft, so that will help keep the weight in check.
It's a ****ty little forum mate, aberdudes words. why i first seen the ad, i just thought, yeah i can do that...Will do me some good... so posted the thread just expecting the usual, oh **** of comm, type of stuff.. then as the last 3 days have passed, money has just come in, and just from this ****ty little board.. ****ty little board. no wonder i've stuck around for nearly a decade.
