Yeah they look one of the better sides for sure, good thing about England this year is they look up for it and aren't moving stiffly about the pitch like they've got a stick jammed up their arse and they've never met their teammates before.

Credit to Southgate maybe or perhaps less media pressure but either way we've got a more than decent side and should progress.

We were saying last night about the media, and how it’s a masterstroke allowing them access and not being ****ish with them, it’s bred positivity for sure, no holes pulled in the team.

I’ve vocally been a bit anti-Southgate for the way we always try and close out games but he’s been bang on with media from day one, and his time with the young lads means he’s been bang on in a tournament. I loved the setup of the team personally as well, it was all setup to win, and we should have won well.

Couple years time with a few of these superb young lads integrated we will be very good and very close.

Mind, was out with a pal of mine from graft last night, he’s of Croatian origin, and they are convinced they are winning it, ha.

Come on Costa Rica, Brazil look like no threat today, not really sure why they’re one of the favourites
