Back to England, there was talk earlier about the quality of coaches in this country being a big issue. Yeah. Who are the muppets who, when they start rising through the ranks and getting to the pro licenses, start teaching them? All the failed, English bores of old. Mediocrity breeds mediocrity.
Facilities are behind other countries.
The players, even professionals (seriously, Kane who's the best we have wouldn't even start for Spain, Germany, France, Brazil, Argentina or Uruguay, we make him out to be world class), are behind the other countries.
The coaches are behind the other countries.
Worst part is, we don't even have the belief, national pride or unity to 'dig in' and rise against the odds as underdogs to beat other teams like say Wales do. We're just a shambles in every sense of the word when it comes to being a footballing nation.
We'll have another **** tournament which'll herald in a new report being produced to address the state of English football and how to transform it. Any guesses who'll be formulating that report and action plan?
