Compare that with the Chilean players - the way they play as a team & want every ball, and Suarez, who comes back from surgery and his legs almost give out because he wants to play so much and you can see exactly why England fail. Poor performance, poor body language, most of the players really didn't look bothered. To be honest, they didn't deserve it.

Not good enough, but I don't expect them to be overly upset, fly home, go lay on a beach for 3 weeks then back to the safe comfort of their £200k a week clubs where they are worshiped by fans who couldn't give a flying **** about their country...
 
Yeah we looked fairly poor tonight. No real urgency or closing down, poor passing and lack of vision. We lost all of our width when Welbeck and Sterling went off. Pretty poor performance all round really, without being terrible. But the difference was Suarez and even half fit he still ****ed us.
 
Those last few minutes it kind of summed it up. Uruguay had Suarez and Cavani on the field, we had Rickie Lambert ...
 
We were Ok. Suarez and Cavani would have scored 8-9 goals with the number of chances we created. The difference was jus the finishing.

Much like Arsenal England lack a Top centre forward.

Dodgy defending as always.

Im not convinced about Henderson at all. Baines is a shadow of the player he is at Everton.
 
The only player who looked any good tonight was Gary Cahill.

Why the **** didn't Woy bring on the Ox tonight ? At least he would have given Uruguay something to think about.

Baines was cr@p
Henderson get 85 minutes , why , he dont deserve the shirt let alone 85 minutes in it .

Ashley Cole must be pi$$ing himself ., rightly.

Thankfully not. For all the whinging about Arsenal we actually win the majority of our games and play with flair. England are just piss poor.
