I know it looked like Danns was going to Hull last night. What was it that made people think that? Was there a journo saying so?
A journalist said Hull was confident of beating us to him. Nothing else.
quite excited by the Danns link. I dont suppose there is much chance of a loan to buy deal with him being so close t the Liverpool first team?

Disagree. I think we have shown plenty of intent and ambition. You only have to look at where we were a few years ago to where we are now. I think the “promotion At any cost” view is dangerous and short term. If we don’t get promoted this season, yes it will be disappointing but we are still in a very good place and we’ve shown the calibre of player we can attract. Sheffield are throwing money at signings and that’s a dangerous game to play if they don’t go up. Rather be in our shoes than theirs

Realistically he’s coming in as a third option behind Wilson and mayenda you’ll still to get an ‘established’ striker in this scenario
