I think the injury to Wes Burns probably rules Clarke out.

I think there was discussions between the clubs tbh but not sure how far they got

didn’t know Wes burns got injured. Gutted.

hopefully we bring somebody good in if Watson goes. Wouldn’t be too pleased with Willock

Reactions: Gary Rowell world
It is mental that we’re going into a deadline day and not even a hint of who we are after is in the public domain, unreal how we keep things so quiet in this day and age, looking forward to pretending to be an expert on whoever comes in after a 15min google tomorrow already

Going to leave this here.

The pissy arguments about whether folk have inside knowledge or not, or whether folk are positive or not, are ****e to read. Makes this a poorer place. It looks personal for some, which I doubt, but it looks that way.

I was told some 'so called' inside info yesterday morning. I didnt share, because it has become a rod for your back it seems on here. Reality is that info is genuine, but may well turn to ashes. That is footy tfrs. That is life generally. Things are planned, agreed, then get pulled.

Here is a thought. Everyone here wants the same. We have different ways of thinking about it. Take it as well intended, or ignore it. Bitching with each other is bairns behaviour.
Same here mate. I got told something yesterday which I haven’t shared because of the grief it would probably bring. If that information is correct or not, I’ll know by 11.00pm tomorrow night. We all want the best for our club at the end of the day

Think burns is done for the season, him and Ogbene both have bad injuries

I don't mind Willock but it feels a bit of a let down after some names that have been linked this window

I agree with FellTop who said, before Le Fée arrived, we'll have a better season after the window has closed.

The players will all know where they are and be able to concentrate on the job ahead.

We have Mundle, Brown, Poveda, etc, back from injury plus a top class midfield player.

If we can get firing, as we know we can, we don't need these 'bodies' imo ...

... we've done incredibly well despite dropping daft points, stop that and we'll make the top two.

Watching the meltdown on social media just confirms what I thought when 'The Model' was first discussed at the start of the new ownership. Big parts of our fan base will never be patient enough to bear with it!

On my 45th season now and obviously its been gash for the most part. Never in all of that time have we ever had this many players coveted by top sides for so much money. I reckon if you combined all 45 seasons, todays squad would still have more sellable assets!

Please God we finish the job this season so we can hold on to them for a bit longer. If not, its only a matter of time before we do make it back, and not have to do an Ipswich just to survive.

Yes mate, we are blessed with the squad we have now. I'm onto my 55th season and I would pay bloody good money to see this current midfield with Gyan, Bent and Welbeck ahead of them

Been watching from afar for years! Just going to say I never have nor will I ever hear any intel, whats the opposite to ITK?

Whatever it is I'm exactly the same! Know **** all and never will!

In response to your post about people not being patient enough for this model, it baffles me when anyone complains about the way the club is doing things these days. Everything is professionally handled and with a plan. To point we are no longer a joke in the media, other clubs don't see us as a basket case or an easy touch in the transfer market (buying or selling), players don't see us as a retirement home/easy street/piss up!

On top of all that it's the most exciting things have been ever. As could as Reid and Keane years were they were never built on solid foundation like this! And these seems to have huge potential
