We don’t know the make-up of that £12m bid to be fair. It could be £5m upfront and £7m with addons, which obviously isn’t as attractive as £12m upfront.
We were definitely apart on contract demands
however no idea if that bloke saying he wants to play is true

10m up front plus realistic add ons taking it to 15m is the minimum we should accept imo
