£20-25m this summer but if he gets 10 PL goals we’d be looking at £35-40m I reckon

he’s probably worth £15m right now

The only way Clarke comes back is if Watson leaves and if there's a permanent deal at the end of it imo.

If we could push Brighton to pay £8-12m with a sell on and get Clarke on loan with £12m agreed in the summer (£15m if we get promoted), It would be superb business.

Different players thrive in different scenarios. Clarke loved it here and the fans love him. We know how he likes to play and how to get the best out of him. He'll step up with us.
