Jobe is subject to massive interest, really hope we keep hold of him.
We have to keep hold of him, think we'll get just as much if not more in the summer.
If we go up he's got more chance of staying for at least another season, if he proves himself in the PL his value goes up considerably.
I can't see any benefit for either party for him to leave now

As I said with Neil, if we HAD to lose a player from a part of the pitch this window you’d go with the midfield seeing the options we have. We started the season with Neil, Rigg and Jobe in the middle are we really worse off with Neil, Rigg and ELF? I’m not sure we are. That’s if Rigg even keeps his place.

Whenever a transfer is mentioned there’s panic stations for no reason. We hold the cards, we’re in a great position with some valuable assets and we all know how the model works. It’s naive to think we won’t entertain offers for our better players. Nobody wants to lose players in January and I don’t think we will but if we were to lose a midfielder I really think it’s the position we’ll be least affected.

I definitely get the sentiment but he’s seen in training every day and clearly isn’t delivering enough to get the starts fans seem to want him to get

good loan move for him and the club

100% a good move.

Just felt he got a bit of a ****ter here. Roberts was Mowbrays pet, then Beale and Dodds were never going to hoy him in with the runs we were on.

Once RLB came in he probably knew his time was up, but fair play to the lad for getting his head down. We've had plenty who downed tools.

Don't think we'll get an announcement tonight. But wouldn't be surprised if Romano tells us who we're getting tonight or tomorrow.

Speakman on AA

Kristjaan Speakman said: “Adil has worked hard and played his part when called upon, and been a good team-mate, but competition within our squad is extremely high and his opportunities have been limited as a result. Naturally, he would like to play more regularly, and we believe this opportunity will enable him to do that in a competitive environment that will support his development. We wish him well and look forward to reviewing his progress at the end of the campaign.”

That has to be a guess, no way anyone would know what value we have on him ...

... I doubt even RLB would know tbh.

Players like Jobe are the absolute crux of the club's philosophy ...

... holding out for the maximum amount is the key to our progress.

We need to do what Brighton are doing to that Saudi team.

I'll be watching Portsmouth games from now on, Aouchiche can be a very exciting attacking player ...

... and he could help relegate Luton now <laugh>

Bit of a shame he won’t get to play the 10 role I think he can really do well there but Lang is doing well this season so won’t be shifted. Feel a bit sorry for AA but this transfer is a real indicator of how fast the machine is moving.
