Boro after David Strelec Slovakia striker played against England at the euros, set up their goal apparently, record this season is good but no idea on the standard over there

Few players I like in that division, but there is a huge gap between the young talented players yet to be signed and the rest of the league. Mario Sauer and a couple other lads at zilina seem very exciting

I scouted him last season, he was poor in the games i watched - his movement was poor and he lacked pace

He is having a good season this year and I know a couple scouts that really rate him but I wasn't impressed in the games I watched

Loved watching Sauer, what i call a proper footballer - great with the ball at his feet and I liked his movement

Needs to work on the physical aspects on his game, obviously that depends on what league he goes too

If this Antiste comes in or is true then i'll back him but can't say it's what I was thinking for what we need as Isidor's rotation/backup especially with some of the names we have been chasing

Both him and his little brother are fantastic yeah, I feel like he's served his time in Slovakia now though, have been expecting a 2.bundes or bundes team to bring him in and feed him up for a while but it's not happened.

Sauer and Aleksic were 2 of my 10 "must sign for the future" midfielders in the summer. Although since then Sauer has played ****ing everywhere... A versatile forward?:1980_boogie_down:

I'm going to be massively reliant on @CR17 and his updates now. Just deleted twitter. Realised I'm addicted to social media and its a problem. Also deleted facebook and Insta. Going cold turkey.

Won't delete you fellas though, sorry.

This was one of the best things I ever did for my mental health a few years ago (delete social media, not listen to @CR17 <laugh>).

Once you get out of the habit of scrolling, you don't miss it.

I had a long stint without, maybe 18months ago. I started doing loads of exercise, even ate better and drank less. Then I mashed my arm up doing that pesky exercise and got dragged back in.

One of the SAFC East Midlands lads, Steve from Nottingham, decided to get fit so ordered a multi gym off the internet.

It arrived and, when he started unpacking the box, put his back out ...

... he was off work for six weeks, sat around feeling sorry for himself and stuffed his face <laugh>

At least he won’t want to risk packing it again so it’s there for life.
My arm only got ok’ed last week. Broken for 15 months, three compound fractures including an open fracture after hitting black ice on a mountain bike. 11 months getting fit, 15 months needing help carrying shopping.

Deleted all of mine years ago. Was class. Decided to download TikTok about 3 months ago because my mates kept sending me videos and I couldn’t view them without an account and now I’m addicted to the ****er :emoticon-0127-lipss

Oh aye I'm keeping TikTok

I've got rid of twitter, facebook and Instagram as they fill me with rage and/or frustration and take up loads of my time. Facebook especially I get no benefit from. Twitter brought me news but also made me absolutely ADDICTED to the news.

TikTok on the other hand does take up a lot of my time but it fills me with joy, fun and laughter. I don't ever read any comments in there, just watch videos. And the algorithm on the most part is really good at keeping me interested.
