Interesting about Clarke. Someone said on here yesterday we need a Mundle for the right. It made me think we could play him on the right then we do have one, if we played Watson or got Clarke. Could that be a possibility ? He was better this year on the left of course, as is Watson. It’s one of them- Clarke could make us stronger short term, maybe get us up but stops young players developing. It’s a tough one. I loved Clarke but love how we bring people through.

Clarke is a funny one for me. He’s not getting a look in at Ipswich, so even being rotated for us for half season would be better than not making the squad, would it not? Could make a lot of sense for all parties

Wes burn out for the season which might mean philogene goes to the right and Clarke gets a chance as back up left wing. Who knows.

sorry for not getting back to you sooner,
just found out an old school died yesterday so dealing with that ( knew them for over 30 years)
apparently 2 medicals booked for today,
cousin has a couple of properties in the area,
club have looked into leasing them,
one is for a end of season loan,
other potential full buy,
will be talking to them later today as we are trying to arrange the next match we all go to, so should know more roughly by 7.
