He is. Can play left back, wing back, winger or AM.

Doesn't really sound like someone you'd trust defensively at LB. Can't think of many players who play attacking midfield or on the wing who also make solid fullbacks.
I'd be looking at some experienced short term cover at fullback personally, along the lines of Reveillere.

He'll be saleable, if it doesn't work out, so may as well be permanent imo.
