There’ll be big PL clubs in for him before long. He’s done well for Ipswich, a lot better than I was expecting after watching him in the championshipDelap at Ipswich as good big strong direct fast.

Bang on mate. It’s mental how bitter some have been about Ipswich recently. Fair play I sayTo be fair they’ve made a lot of average players decent. Manager and coaches are doing a hell of a job. The squad they had last season was thrown together with lower league signings and players like Morsy and Luongo who’d not really done anything whatsoever. We rave about our lads but what they done last season was mental, there’s absolutely no chance of us doing that and you’d argue we have a better squad than they did. People were laughing when they were throwing £20m about here or there in the summer but they deserved the benefit of the doubt.

I’m not sad enough to trail back but there’s definitely been some of it. ‘They’re in big bother if they don’t go up’ etc etc. but up they went and fair play.Where’s that?
The job mckenna has done is unreal, improved pretty much every player he's worked withTo be fair they’ve made a lot of average players decent. Manager and coaches are doing a hell of a job. Yeah, it's proven tbh, look at Watson and Rigg. Your elite talents should always be given an opportunity at home unless you can't find a place. There are upsides and downsides of loans. Sometimes it is better to keep a player close and let them develop in the known environment. As you would expect the quality of environment and coaching goes down the lower down the pyramid you go. Sometimes players are better off in the u18s or 21s and training with the first team for the odd session for their development. If we have a really good group at u21s let them play together for a season or two, maybe get some success together. It can be just as valuable as a season on loan in league 2. My opinion anyway.

Don't know what your meaning with 'there'd absolutely no chance of us doing that' - if you mean get promoted then we can def do it
My Leeds supporting mate says he has a feeling we will be this yrs Ipswich (challenging for top 2 against expectation), and he's actually more worried about us than Burnley
Why’s that?

I used to see him in the Derby academy as a kid. He had all the talent. I didnt think Man City was the right move for him and he would have been better with Derby. Glad he is now a first teamer and showing his abilities, the lad can go to the top imo.I'm proud of my Liam Delap call. He was a major risk but he had all the attributes, was just needing a season to put it all together. I thought that'd be in the championship, but it being in the Prem has probably boosted his transfer fee to 30 million should Ipswich go down. If he keeps it up anyway.

What kind of pie, custard, mince or porkyou're right, but he pied his social media girlfriend mid way through last season and hasn't looked back, true story.
