What a superb signing - not just the level of player, but getting the exact guy who (apparantly) made Regis team click in France. It's a huge faith in the coach, and you wonder what the reality was with previous coaches having to 'stick to the model'. Is it the club are more flexible, or were the signings suggested by previous coaches just duds ( see Dack)?

Hopefully not the new Liam Bridcutt, who was so pivotal to Gus Poyets midfield at Brighton, we had to have him.....
