Value for a loan what will that be for a loan? I'm sure Man Utd aren't worried about losing out on buttons for a loan deal! <laugh>

I think some people are getting confused between who picks the teams and who signs the players.
TM picked the team but got the hump when he had no input into transfers, even though when he took the job he knew the terms.
TM placed no trust in any of the players that were signed in the summer, whether that was because he didn't think they were good enough or because they weren't the players he wanted.
No way does Speakman sign 4 strikers then tell TM he mustn't play them, that would just suggest that he signed players that aren't good enough.
TM set up and style had gone stale and we had become boring and easy to defend against. He wasn't trying to change things, whether that was his way of suggesting the recruitment team hadn't brought the right players to change things, but the least he could of done was try rather than complaining

Or maybes if you know all these things, if you did post them and they came true we would start and believe, but posting this statement after @Magnus who stated earlier in the window he'd heard we were back in for him and has just mentioned that he believes he will be back doesn't really hold much substance

The trouble is, with any ITK conspiracy theory, is that they eventually unravel and fall apart.

People use all kinds of ways to attack Speakman, KLD, the club but never think things through. This is why 'murder mystery' novels are so difficult to write.

It's like the idiots who keep simultaneously claiming KLD is only there for the money ...

... while deliberately avoiding promotion to the PL <doh>

Big few days ahead in my opinion. Vital we get the fabled CF for me. Would also love to see a left back come in. The lad from Leeds sounds a good shout.

I am now unsure on a CM. If the right one is on then by all means. But I watched Ekwah and Jobe yesterday play with much more confidence. Neil has to play and then Rigg is a proper player who should get games in the season. What do we need in addition? I woupd be tempted to go with that 4 and sit on it until the summer.

I think Amad will be back as well, personally. That may well be it for our wage bill. If it can be done it should be though. Everyone will get a massive lift and it will lift the players no end.

I am feeling very upbeat about what can be done these next few days personally. A couple of real heavy hitters and we are well on our way.

As we've seen, as good as they are on their day these young lads will be up and down. We need somebody in with them who'll encourage, bully and cajole performances out of them.

CDM the absolute priority for me, we can get by everywhere else.

Amad in the 10 will transform both the team and the midfield imo. Clever enough to get the striker involved properly and the creativity we lack in midfield. If we bring in a DM aswell I’d expect both Jobe and Ekwah to miss out. Feel like we might not be as desperate for a DM if it happens.
