I have a feeling we might have to wait until deadline day, they always feel more exciting in the final day for some reason, sure we got 4 in on the summer deadline so still plenty time yet

It's what they see on the training ground though. Jewi has obvious skills and his pirouettes against Southampton, combined with his cross to Rigg speak volumes for his talent. But,he obviously didn't do enough to convince TM that he'd make an impact in this league and hasn't done MB either. I'm not in favour of loans and would prefer him to stay with us,build his matches in the reserves and see what he can do.
Burstow hasn't had a run of games,he's been a bit part and a huge disappointment. His loan deal probably precludes it,otherwise I'd send him back.
Thing is with judging and picking players on training performances, look at Burstow. Mowbray was waxing lyrical about him in training yet couldn't hit a barn door in game.

Can't beat a good bulk signing of players on deadline day

Unbelievably poor for a football player at a PL club, absolutely baffling how he can be so inept.

I'd rather have Langstaff from L2 Notts County tbh.

I would too. No idea what they think the value is in keeping him here. It’s a waste of a loan.

There's some kind of weird psychological vacuum with these young lads, as if they believe they've already achieved something by being at a PL club.

I'd prefer Wayne Entwistle here who was virtually talent-free but had the heart of a lion.

Loved him, scored the 4th in The Lord Rowell game
