this window is massive for us and we simply need to strengthen the squad with players who can make an impact straight away. Big summer coming up if we don't go up, major losses As Clarke, Neil and Ballard will end up off and we will have had no proof that the board can replace efficiently. I’ve always backed the board but with all the decisions lately and the fact there’s not even a sniff when we really needed to strengthen in the summer and this window.

I think big questions need to be asked by most if we don’t. I’ve even been called Speakman’s burner account before that’s how much I backed them
