It's both mate and I'm as bad as anyone, but FFS no one but Beale is going to make me change my mind. I don't get the abuse either, people have different opinions, they have reasoning behind it, they don't need to clarify it to anyone. Sounds a bit hypocritical coming from me, but I realised last night it's ****ing pointless. It's even more pointless getting aggressive about it. Now let's hold hands and get on with what we do best
To be fair you never mentioned anyone in particular Bob lad. Any news? Your mate Vauxie dropping little hints
Don't think he is as indispensable as some think. But he's got something different about him. Always looking to influence the game. Try's to make things happen. We are going to need his experience if Beale cant turn it around Think we'll see a few of the young lads going into their shells and stop trying things if the atmosphere gets toxic. Pritchard is a good influence. Even if it sometimes doesn't work for him he never stops trying.
I agree that's he's not the be all and end all amd I personally think he always looks better coming on second half. But we don't have another player with his skills , vision and experience. I'd be keeping him especially while Adil is settling in (assuming Adil is his replacement)
Think he's got more important things happening, to be on here and having to keep reading the same negative points over and over again, in every single thread.
Fully understand your feelings. Your one of the very good posters on here . Disappointed you are having a break as its always good to get your insight on players along with @FellTop . Don't stay away to long.
Even when things are bleak I keep posting, often daft off topic threads, to take people's minds off things. But I agree that the relentless negativity has finally got to me and I'm not posting much. Whatever you might mention is somehow turned into an attack on one or another aspect of the club, it becomes really tedious. As I suggested, earlier in the week there's an idea that posting anti-Beale stuff on here will hasten his departure. It won't but it makes people believe they're fighting the good fight and better than those who 'encourage failure by accepting mediocrity'. I'm usually a massive optimist and like a laugh but it's become slightly unpleasant on here recently. You're a great poster mate, shame you've been worn down and gone.
Good shout, but I would play Hume in his natural position at RB and have O9 at LB because he is good with his left foot.
