We have needed a 'proper', ready for the team striker in the last 2 or 3 windows and have not got one
Why should this window be any different ?

Quite amused me when the chant started, it clearly should be sending a message to the owner.

This time last year we had Ross Stewart. It's not Speakman's fault he got injured 2 days before the window closed.
I'd imagine the club expected more of Rusyn by this stage as he was a significant signing in terms of cost

I don’t generally have an issue but I do think we’ve messed up with strikers. If we want a succession I can see the next ones but I haven’t seen Stewart’s replacement. We should have sorted that in league one. I know a few said Simms but ….. It seems our Achilles heel and I think that’s because good ones aren’t cheap because they’re wanted.

Needs playing where he succeeds though and I’d say that isn’t the 9. Arguably if we played say Burstow he could be in Roberts position and we have Ba to push a few along including Pritch. We just need to get a better version of a 9, or maybe 2 to free up Rusyn for the other 2 spots.
