Stop lying. Mumba had a pro contract so we decided to sell him. Greenwood and Hugill were let go without a fight. Donald tried to sell Dan Neil. Donald is a joke of a man.
Completely, we cant stop greed & kids will go....but KLD & current setup will do everything they can to keep them.....SD sold anything & everything he could at the first opportunity....sure one of the kids who left commented on the lack of effort to keep him....he wasnt capable of running a football club this size & thats not purely down to the resources available
You cant stop them but you can make it hard for them to want to leave. Also if a player decides to leave then its about getting the best deal for the club not selling them on teh cheap like SD n CM did.
KLD got more for the lad that went to Everton (cant mind his name) than SD n CM got for Hugill, Pye, Stephenson and Mumba combined
His mates all referred to him as Freddie, my son played footbalkl with his best mate, apparently he's turned down a new contract at Everton
Hugill was offered a deal to die for at his age, his agent got him to move with a massive sign on fee. One of his mates admitted on RTG that was the case.
So no it aint a lie as you gob off, even his mate confirmed it.

Cant ever remember us getting this level of positive press, might not be the major tabloid press who only write about the top sides & toss off over Saudi.....but last couple of years progress is being noticed

we normally agree on most things, however, not sticking up for him, BUT, the truth is he did not actively try to move on any of our kids.
When they had the chance to sign, those who wanted to stay did so.

he will not sell, if advised not to by TM and the staff. we dont need to sell anyone at the minute.

It's not defending him, he did not actively try to sell our kids, he did what he thought was best for the club, it just did not turn out right, the job was just to big for them, by a mile.
