Farke did go on to explain at length what he looks for in a player when he brings them to a club. As important as talent is and what the player can offer on the pitch, the 47-year-old also highlighted the importance of "professionalism, discipline, workload on and off the pitch and the soft skills".

Already been promoted from this division with Forest and more ability than Cirkin easily. We’ve seen with numerous others who’ve failed elsewhere that we can bring the best out in players. Worth the punt IMO.
We dont do punts anymore mate. Thankfully imo. Not sure he is at all what we need.
We do though. Cirkin and Huggins both known to be injury prone but we took the chance on them. Clarke was hopeless when we signed him as was Roberts. Apparently Spence is up for permanent transfer would be good business imo we’ve became a club that brings the best out of these young lads and gives them a club they can call home.
