Not the Lyndy I've seen ?

Just look up his real name....and you'll see him signing in players.

I just watched Ashley Phillips' arrivals interview. He speaks well and confidently. His objective is play regularly in first team games to develop and prove himself. He accepts that many managers look for older defenders even if they are willing to trust young attackers. He thinks he has the height, athleticism and speed to compete successfully. He was partly attracted because it's a young squad with a manager who's worked with top quality young players.

You were there Lyndhurst, I saw you.

I was right then it wasnt just me...

Am I underestimating Eric Dier....or is his loan to Bayern Munich telling me that Bayern aren't the team they used to be ?

Currently 2nd in the Bundesliga and through to the last 16 of the Champions League, having won their group. Dier will joining Harry Kane, who's achieved only the 25 goals and 8 assists in 22 games. What a waste of money..... not.

I'm not sure if you remember this chap, but he's now the manager of a Championship club which started the season well but is now slipping down the table and, it seems, where the fans are not well pleased with their style of play. The latter is surprising as once upon a time he held himself out to be a strong backer of one of his former club's strategy of always playing open attractive attacking football. I think he may be referring to that club in this rather querulous address to his current club's fans, who have it seems dared to voice their opinions.

Anyone have any idea which club's business he's poking his nose into in order to defend himself from his own fans?

Well dier is still a decent player . i have watched him plenty live. not much this season mind you, im sure he will do a good job, he may ne in the euro squad ?

Trippier next to Bayen ? all played together at spurs

Saturdays Leeds Cup match will have three of our new players missing.......Forshaw & Devine will be Cup-tied and Gyabi will not be playing against his parent club,,,,,so disappointing to have to play a weaker team....let us hope that Leeds are a little knackered having played mid-week....the League games must be more important for them.

Where do you get weakened team from? Houghton, Randall plus one are not weaker and were good enough to be regulars previously. I would call if a "different" team but not weaker.

Newport County have signed Luke Jephcott on a free transfer from St Johnstone....he played 11games for them....I don't think he ever scored for them.

well i thought it was a good team out today. Caleb Roberts is one to watch .. glad he gave him a start, rode our luck, but they couldnt score so we come away with a deserved draw with the team we put out. that means we play leeds at home twice in a few weeks.. so a lot home games coming up.. all winnable at home .. Round 5 hopefully .. a home draw v ????

Jordan Houghton will at least miss the next three matches with his ankle injury......Swansea, Leeds (Cup) & Sunderland away.
