Since he joined in 2022, Sinik has only participated in around 10.7% of City's league games. He has played only 13 out of 121 league games, 12 of which were in the 2022/23 season, 1 in the 2023/24 season and 0 this season.

Do you guys really think we should loan out Burstow? For me, he has rarely been tried in his natural position and has shown technical quality and the ability to finish. It only takes an injury to one of our strikers and we would be light up top again.

For those who think it would be good for him - yes he might potentially get more games and come back stronger, but I’d rather have him as an impact sub (where he can also do a reasonable job on the wing, if needed). We must survive this season because next season looks very promising now and we are far from out of the woods yet.
Agreed DD, he'll probably learn and develop more from training with Pedro et al plus whatever games he's involved with than getting whatever game time he can in a third or fourth tier side

so with the transfer fee and wages

just how much of a disaster was his signing

tbh if i was selles, id tell him to **** off and not even attend training

It paints the picture that the recent u18 cohort was 12 big but only 4 were local.

1 from Liverpool, 1 Spurs, 1 West Ham, 1 Sunderland, 1 Charlton, 1 QPR, 1 Man U, 1 Southampton
It would be great to have a higher representation of local talent but surely the more important thing is that we have the highest quality we realistically can within our academy. And, if the club are aiming higher and being more selective then 1/3 local isn't too bad is it?
