He's replacing the guy that replaced Fletch. Thank **** for that. Feels a bit mean to say, but the previous guy was shocking.
Tigers plus commentaryis he picking up his old role for radio humberside or doing the commentary for the clubs own you tube stuff. Not clear what he will be doing tbh
Good news, with swanny aswell?

Could he do a similar job to Seri. The problem is there’s nobody around him to make any use of his play, he has to do it all on his own. He’d be better off dropping off to pick up the ball with another striker leading the line ahead of him so he can be free to link up properly with the rest of the team.
What's Ohio up to?
Didn't the BBC sack him?is he picking up his old role for radio humberside or doing the commentary for the clubs own you tube stuff. Not clear what he will be doing tbh

He had a verbal agreement (I know) to commentate on sport three months after his contract ended. They made him redundant as part of a countrywide local radio restructure.
He was invited back to do city commentary only but he'd have lost a lot of his redundancy so it wasn't worth it financially.
Irony is, if he'd stayed as sports editor instead of moving to daytime a few years ago, then he'd probably still be there as local sport was exempt from the restructure.

Apparently the bosses weren't too keen on his final record choice, The Lunatics Are Taking Over the Asylum, by Fun Boy Three.

No, Swanny is still on the BBC gravy train (wish I was).
I did enjoy David Meyler’s as co-commentary a couple of seasons ago, but he’s obviously coaching the in the youth team set up now so probably wouldn’t have time.
It's players born after 1st Jan 2003, so Vaughan, Kamara, Simons, Burstow and Hughes all count as U21.
