That's right, I have and I do not. I have also told you privately that I now get to Hull far more frequently now on business and, once I get through the general football apathy of Hull folk, I get a good overview on the mood of pass-holders, occasional attenders, armchair followers and those just aware of the kafuffle with no interest in football. I think it can be a problem listening to too many folk with some element of self-interest. You might recall (I bet OLM and others will), going right back to when this first erupted, my position was that I thought the CTWD campaign a futile exercise, but one that had to be done - I now hope I am wrong and will continue to support those who fight the name-change, rather than sitting on the fence of pointless positioning - the problem I see is that the campaign group is dissolving and the Trust will have its limitations - another position I have held since the Trust was launched.

The members will decide what the attitude of the trust will be.

If it was up to me I'd accept the decision and set up a new football club called AFC Hull City. FC United of Manchester and AFC Wimbledon have shown what's possible.

In time AFC Hull City may play at the KC once the current lease expires.

The arbitration process is just to determine if any rules were breached by the FA, if they were, the process starts again, the arbitration panel can't decide what the club is called.

Listen, Tobes, I've given you reasonable answers in a respectful way; I dislike Windass and that is no real news on here, someone mentioned the Big-Time Charlie part of him - you might never of seen it, fine. When it was all going on I think the majority on here (and elsewhere) thought he was best advised to do his healing privately. I am glad I he is sorting himself out, I said that, but I don't regard him as a suitable candidate for ambassador because of his position over the name change - he seems to understand my view. <ok>

The ignorant fool bit was unnecessary, so **** off like a good boy now. <doh>

After leading Hull to their highest ever Premier League finish, as well as an FA Cup final appearance, the former Sunderland boss expects arbitration to eventually yield a change to Hull Tigers.

"I think there will be a positive outcome. That means he will stay and he will win his case. I genuinely believe that will be the case," said Bruce.

Why are you back? You made your soppy thread and made your emotional and heartfelt goodbyes. Or, was you just doing it for attention?

In what way we're these two people influential? Are they members of the committee?

None of which is relevant at all. If that's what Bruce believes then fine. I hope he's wrong
Neither is it relevant whether Deano thinks changing the name is s good idea. He's entitled to that opinion, and he's entitled to voice it ( although it would be interesting to hear why )
The point is he is seemingly employed to be a face of Hull City AFC but chooses to refer to the club by an imaginary name which has been thrown out by the FA and is therefore

Read this again. The views expressed to me by several supporters!![/QUOTE]

OK Fair enough. I misread it. Why earlier in the thread did you respond to my misreading (thinking you thought the FA wanted us in the PL) by listing from total guesswork FA Council members who you think might like City being in the PL?

So I assume you've got proof that he hawked his 'story' round to the highest bidder then?

    no, shocker that.....

Shameful that you'd cast such as aspertion on one of your clubs legends without a shred of evidence to back it up, and all because he's had the temerity to mention the evil Tigers word, some of you lot need to get a sense of ****ing perspective

He was speaking out after the PFA helped him when he was on his arse, ironically Clark Carlisle was one of those who assisted, and it came a year after Gary Speed had killed himself. Stay classy mate <ok>
