Happy with that today winning against a side who we gave a lot back to.the guys stood up to them and kept going.
Question for you guys who saw it.was Alioski as bad as he sounded on Radio Leeds.was he up to his old tricks.
He was okay, did a lot of tracking back. Between Hernandez and Phillips for MOM for me but a great team effort. Phillips picked out some lovely longer range passes today, I feel a bit unfair picking anyone out above the rest.

Only saw it on Sky but he was as always a complete mixture. He is very frustrating in attack because, to be frank, he does not have the natural skills of some players and he compensates with quick thinking and hard work. A few times he maybe did let us down in attack but he was very much involved linking with Douglas and the midfield players, always available for a pass to relieve pressure, know when to go down to an innocuous challenge, runs back to support the defence. There was one moment when Sky pointed out how 8 players got back to snuff out one lone attacker who, briefly, had looked to be getting away into a scoring position: Alioski was one of the 8.

But the real answer is - IBWT and he keeps picking him.

Also only watched it on sky but it's fair to say their right back bullied him physically today. Worked hard as always but **** me I'me sure he has a double barrelled surname Alioski-Offside.

Phillips has been excellent all season and the premier boys are going to come sniffing sooner or later.

To be honest what would we all choose even if it was down to intense training?

A) Another season like last
B) This seasons display and concerns over injury/depth

JFH commented on Sky that our only weakness might be strength in depth but what he is impressed with is we don’t change what’s expected of the rest.

Week in and week out those that play know what is expected, they are never asked to cover an unfamiliar role or position
