Who's whining? All I'm doing is pointing out the facts to you which you seem to have misconstrued. Or are you angry that I trashed your job?

What have the links on the first page got to do with what I asked for? They are the links to UEFA's FFP, which you posted, that ironically proved you to be wrong. Where is the link to the site which states that our ticket sales have gone down by 8% which I asked for? In fact the link you gave to the Mirror actually states we received an increase in ticket sales:

"Transfer fees were a main contributor to the loss, while the club was able to declare a record group turnover of £222.3million. The figure stood at £205.8million last year, and increased thanks to higher receipts from the Champions League"

More ticket sales actually helped increase our turnover and as you said that a financially healthy club relies on gate receipts (amongst merchandising as well), we are therefore moving towards fulfilling that target. By the time the FFP is in full force in the 2018/19 season, we will also very likely have our new 60,000 seater stadium which will help enormously in increasing our revenue.

It's funny you post links to try and back up your points and those sites which you link to actually end up stating the opposite to that which you are spouting. I suggest that instead of becoming the club's financial consultant, your time and effort would be better spent on suing whoever it was that taught you all this crap.

He'll be back tomorrow.
I still haven't figured out why the **** point is he's trying to make and why our finances interest him so much.

CL--Balancing the books will be a good thing for us, because of the vast talent we have in our youth team! OK -we can still indulge in the odd superstar , but more and more we'll be able to feed in our FA Youth Cup winners--which will be the route all big clubs will have to take! This will also be a great way to reduce the barmy wage bills we currently have to shell out!

Much much much harder than you think....

Ajax
Manchester United
Barcelona

There is the list of clubs who have gone down that route. If done successfully the rewards are great, far far better than buying a title or 2. Infact you will feel dirty about the titles won by spending £225million on transfers and wages each season.

Be interesting to see if it works for you.

Wow, it is obvious you guys don't have an economics degree.

It's all about budgets. A financial healthy club bases its budget on revenue from tickets and merchandising.
That's the core income of any football club. It's the most steady one to base a budget on. It's safe, and it without risk.

BUT, ofcourse this doesn't happen. Look at FC Barcelona and Real Madrid, them 2 combined have over 2 BILLION euro debt. About 1.6 billion pounds.
At one point last year, Barca almost went bust. But some sheik from Qatar put a tag on the shirt, and they were saved for a season and a half.
Oh wait, no it wasn't. Barca had to run to the Spanish government and banks to forfeit/default on their loans.

Chelsea, United, Liverpool and City would all be long gone if it weren't for the big spenders from the east.
Now nobody likes to see their club go bust. Out here in The Netherlands 2 professional clubs, one existed for more then 110 years, went bust.
Feyenoord, Ajax and PSV almost went down aswell, it was a close call in 2010.
Since then they lived by the FFP rules and as of now, in 2012, only 6 clubs are still in alot of debt. But mind you, in 2010 this number was around 15(out of 36 total professional clubs).
In 2 years time, Ajax, Feyenoord saved themselves from destruction and are now doing better than in the past 10 years.

Thats what FFP does. If Abramovich were to ditch Chelsea, it would go bust within a year. Sugerdaddy's are cancelled out with FFP and leaves the sport in control to the people who it belongs to: the club, not the rich fellas from the middle east and Russia.

If if if

Spanish banks going bust will not relieve them of their debts mate, they'll be chased to the ends of the earth for repayment.
