So far, so bad but there's still hope. Arsenal need just a point v Sunderland on Wednesday to secure 3rd spot leaving Man United with nothing to play for next Sunday. A point of course would take Sunderland out of the mix so we need Arsenal to win and if Sunderland continue to play with 3 up front that shouldn't be a problem.

The bookies still think we have a chance making Man United favourites to win on Sunday at generous odds of 21/20. If they thought they were having a good go at it that price would have been 1/2 or 2/5 for sure.

I'll join you Carmine, except I will be totally naked, stood on one leg whistling "Falling in Love with You" with a Didgeridoo stuck up my @rse on which I will f@rt "Ferry cross the Humber" made famous by Pace and the Gerry makers.

Looks like you won't be giving your didgeridoo an airing after all.

Oh dear <bubbly>

If Sunlan lose on Wednesday they'll be about 6/1

In my scenario Sunderland will lose on Wed and Sun. Newcastle will draw and we will win.

All 3 teams will finish on equal points and Newcastle will be relegated on goal difference.

I have decided to fly over for the game as I have never attended a City v United match.

Missed out on the big one in 1949 after queuing for a ticket for hours.

It will be a day to remember whatever the outcome.

Let's hope your attendance will witness a better outcome than 1949. It will certainly be the headlines next Sunday if we can pull it off. Have a safe trip over.

We won't get relegated, the premier league won't allow a club like ourselves to go down whilst some piss pot club like Bournemouth who can't even fill a 10k shed come up.

Manchester Evening News experts views on Hull City v Man United - 'I would not rule out a Hull win at the KC Stadium'.

For what it's worth Man United's price is still drifting with the bookies, now 6/5 to win. If Arsenal win tomorrow night expect that price will drift further. For idiots like me this price looks attractive and the draw to cover some of the bet. If I lose I'm stuck with another season with my team in the Premier league. I can live with that.
